Peru has Adhered to The Hague Convention

At last, the Peruvian Congress has approved the Convention of 5 October 1961 abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents (Hague Apostille Convention). 

The Convention will enter into force in Peru on 30 September 2010, on the sixtieth day upon the expiry of the six-month period during which the contracting states will be entitled to raise objections to the Peruvian accession.
