On 18 October 2019, Barreda Moller hosted a Policy Dialogue on Simplification of trademark application procedures and Non-traditional trademarks.
The Policy Dialogue was organized by INTA’s Legislation and Regulation Committee (LRC) Latin America & Caribbean Subcommittee and Barreda Moller.
The speakers were Claudia Valdivia, Associate at Barreda Moller, and Ray Meloni, Director of the Distinctive Signs Office at INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property).
